Question 2000 4cylinder spark plug change

Anybody got a writeup on how to do this? This is the engine with 2 Spark plugs per cylinder (8 total) and 2 hidden behind intake manifold. The other 6 are easy, but anyone want to demonstrate how to remove and reinstall intake manifold?

I think you can remove those last 2 plugs from underneath. I let a shop do those last 2 on mine, and there where no marks on the upper intake bolts or gasket when I got it back.

That would make it alot easier. Asked a shop and they said they needed to remove it, and the cost would be $206 for them to do it. Good thing I can do it myself

buy a "swivel" for you 3/8 ratchet, and a peice of rubber house about a foot long, make sure the end of the spark plug fits in it snug, take the ratchet with the swivel and losen the hard to reach plugs, then remove it the rest of the way with the hose, the hardest part is removing, and reinstaling the plug wires on the manifold side, dont forget to gap your plugs. good luck
