Default 94 ranger with 2.3l bugs down !!! help !!!!

Hi everyone im new to the forum , i just purchased a 1994 Ranger its 2.3l 4 cylinder and here are my problems ..
First the car wont start sometimes, sometimes it will start everyday sometimes it wont start for days and i have to jump start it in order to start it its 5 speed. All it does it clicks but wont start, i changed the starter i changed the solenoid i changed the battery and it still does the same, when i turn the key only solenoid clicks not the starter but its new one third one cuz the first two times i thought they gave me broken once in auto zone cuz it happened before something like to me ! someone had told me to check the ground by that what are they talking about ?!!
Another problem when you first start the car it runs perfect till it warms up after it warms up it start bugging, i changed the fuel filter and MAF and still does the same !!!!
Someone has told me fuel pump someone has told me EGR valve , oh and it pops when this happeneds, when it bugs it starts poping .
please help before I burn this car down !!!!!

A few thoughts.1st issue What solenoid did you change? 2nd issue. You should clean the iacv. Is your air filter clean?

you should update your truck info so we can see it on every post. like on mine. the iacv is the idle air control valve. you can get a new gasket for it take it off clean it out and put it back on. it is attached to the throttle body somewhere. your post is a little confusing. are you saying that when it will not start if you jump it with cables from another car it starts up? if that is the case it is battery or bad connection related.

try replacing your ground cable that connects to the battery or check the terminal claps tho make sure there is no corrosion and that they are mounted on the cables good. I know when my 94 2.3 wouldnt start sometimes, i just replaced termianls and it ran fine. May not be your problem, but its the cheapest start

IACV is updated it was fuel pump that was wrong i just bought another one and replaced it and it works and runs good now , but now another problem i have is the starting issues that clicks but it wont crank, i put new starter , new soenoid and new battery and it still does the same , voltage drop is good across the cable , but inly thing im gonna try soon is to change those ground cable like the guy above me stated and well see from there . THANKS ALOT GUYS FOR SUPPORT i will keep you guys updated in this !
