You would have to go back the gas station and let them know they may have bad gas.

You can check stored gasoline by pouring some into a clear glass container and comparing it side-by-side with known fresh gasoline. If your old sample looks noticeably darker than the fresh gas

Put some Heet in your tank, that will help get rid of the water.

i have one of the scanners that Advance Auto Parts uses(b/c i work there) i also have a book to it for the codes, if you tell me the code numbers i can look up the codes and tell you what they mean most probably. but yes take samples of your gas and then gas from a diffrent store. also change your fuel filter. and also put some kind of addative to clean your injectors and what not like Lucas Fuel Treatment, or the STP or GumOut.

My 3.0 takes a while to start after each time i fill up then throws a cylinder 4 or 5 misfire. I haven't figured out the problem. I've done new plugs and wires, new injectors, fuel filter, coil pack everything so i just leave it running after i get gas now
