Default 97 ranger running rich in gas
I have a 1997 Ford Ranger that is running rough and is burning a lot of gas about a 1/4 tank a day and I don't drive it to far
the smoke coming from the exaust pipe is black and smell like gas
any ideas.

Could be bad injectors, could be it needs new plugs, could be slow on time, just have to start checking things out.
