Default 2.3l compression

i have a 2.3l and will be putting it in the truck this weekend i will be running a compression test sense it was from a junkyard. what would be good compression for these motors? whats the lowest it should be before i should worry and what is the highest for these motors? i can't find the stats anywhere.

100 psi is what I have read is the lowest compression you want, as for highest I haven't heard much. I do know that from lowest point to highest point of compression it should be no more than 75 psi.

so i shouldn't worry unless its under 100? this motor is suppost to have 88,000 miles on it so I'm more then likely good unless the guy lied his ass off
