Default Can't get Crank Pully off

Hey all,
I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I just picked up a 2.3L Ranger for $800 and I'm changing gaskets, timing and a full tune up. I got everything torn down to the bone except I can't get the Harmonic Balancer off. The bolt was a sinch with my NitroCat gun. But as I normally work on Hondas (don't dis they are good cars xD) I normally just have to wiggle it off. This bad boy is ON THERE!!

Any suggestions to getting this thing off here after having this bolt off?

Thanks in advance.

He got the bolt off

They normally slid off may need to hit it with some PB blaster let it soak for awhile then try again
