can you help me install a Tachometer?
i've installed many tachs before, but in older vehicles with a simple coil (green wire to negative side) but now i have a 1999 ranger 2.5L and it has dual coil packs for the 8 spark plugs and i dont know where to hook the green wire? please help me, thank you

you can splice into the PCM, which should be mounted on the passenger side firewall. You will need to splice into pin number 48, which will be a brown or tan wire with a yellow stripe
