Cold air intake for the 2.3
I know everyone has mixed opinions about every aftermarket part ever, however I pulled the trigger on a aFe power cold air intake for $220. I'm also considering a throttle body spacer and was hoping someone might have experience with one on a 2.3 and can suggest one for me. Thanks

there is no opinion on that matter.
It's a fact that those things do nothing. A quick search on here will reveal that.
You my friend have a little research to do

Re: Cold air intake for the 2.3
If you actually researched here you would have known not to ask about an air intake and throttle body spacer. Armor all makes plastic engine parts look nice.

Confused as to how you have money and then you said money is tight? Thought money being tight means don't have money? Idk. The intake won't give you any gains like you may believe. It will look cool, and give you a cleanable filter. About the only improvement you'll see. May change the exhaust note a tad.

Cold air intakes are a waste because it does exactly what the stock air box and snorkel do.

I am agree with you on the air intake, the stock intake pretty ugly, as for the throttle body spacer put that money toward a tuner.
