Cool 2000 - 2.5 Stalls after downhill

Hi Guys

Had a problem for awhile now.
My truck stalls after I go downhill and push my clutch in. I installed new plugs, coil packs, wires, timing belt, water pump, and IAC valve. I also cleaned to MAS sensor. The latter two seemed to improve the stalling a little.
If you touch the accelerator peddle you can hear the IAC valve kick in and the RPM increases so no stall. The problem seems to get worse after the engine warms up.

I have A/C on my 2.5 as well as P/S. It is a 5 speed standard 2 wheel drive.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
