2004 Ford Ranger 2.3L PCV valve location?

I pulled the left wheel front left inner fenderwell splash shield and I do not see the coolant bypass hose or the PCV. Am I looking in the right area?

Locating this PCV valve is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Ford should be ashame of themselves for making this thing so difficult to find. Can somebody take a picture of where it's located?

Should be located on the valve cover back by the fire wall

FOUND IT

now all i have to do is loose 80 pounds so my hand will fit in that tight ass area

Yeah, that's got to be the most difficult PCV valve location I've ever seen. It doesn't need to be changed very often, but seeing what is going on at the PCV valve is a good place to start when diagnosing some engine problems.
Were you able to get the PCV valve changed, and if so, any tips on getting the retaining cap off?
