I'm affraid to drive it much! I dont wanna mess anything up!! PLEASE HELP!

it could be that the plug wires are to close together. Ive seen cars miss horribly just because people zip tie there wires together to make them look cleaner. so check that. it could be the coil packs. check engine light on, if so run the code

Runs Bad?
Have you checked the fuel pressure yet? You need to have at least 36psi! Also let it idle for a good half of an hour to one hour, often the pressure will drop due to a faulty fuel pump.

yes do a fuel pressure test the presure should be about 35 key on and drop about 10 when running. could be fuel pressure regulator also. that is not in the tank so it is relativity easy fix throw some fuel injecter cleaner in also and how about your fuel filter?

How many miles on the truck? You might just need a new fuel filter. That is a really cheap thing to replace, and even if it isn't the problem, you have eliminated a possibility for cheap.
Did you replace the spark plugs as well? What kind did you use?

You need to do one thing at a time to figure out what the problem is. Replace the fuel filter then drive it, see what happens. It's possible the rain has something to do with it. Maybe coat your spark plug wire caps with WD40 (the wd stands for water displacer). I had a friend with an el camino that wouldn't run everytime it rained. He pulled the distributor cap off, sprayed wd40 and that actually worked.
Might not be a bad idea to pull apart electrical connections and spray them with WD40 as well.

I was having the same problem, really bad hesitation, sputtering and missing. I changed the fuel filter, as well as the spark plugs and wires since it was overdue for all of them, and now it runs great!
Thanks for the good advice guys!
