Half of spark plugs won't ignite: 92 Ford Ranger
New Engine and replaced all spark plugs and at first they all worked and now half of them don't work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Coil pack probably. Check out the wires and the pack.
But yea, i can't tell you where any of that junk is located unless i know what engine i'm dealing with theres more than one 4cyl. If your the 2.5l (the one with 8plugs) then its most likely a coil.

Sorry about that
 It's a 2.3L engine. Manual 5-Speed (pretty sure it doesn't matter but still) Wires are new and i'm trying to do this while my dad has the truck 2 hours away and it's almost futile since he is technology illiterate. I don't know much about engines but he's been told it 's the computer on the truck...relevance?

Err... It's in the title but it's a 1992 Ford Ranger. Someone told my dad it must be the computer that needs replacing but idk if that's true or not. He says he replaced something but i'm not sure if it's the coil pack or waste ignition system that he replaced. Hypothetically speaking if he DID replace the coil pack are there any other ideas as to what it might be? thanx

WHich side is sparking? Exhaust or intake? Exhaust side is the main, intake is the waste spark side.

Yeah replace your coil pack for the whichever side the plugs wont ignite. you got 2 coil packs btw, one for each side
