some thoughts to consider

-clean TB, IACV, egr,

-check for vacuum leaks,

- check intake and air filter

-change fuel filter

-pcv valve?

-do you have codes or pending codes

-add a bottle of Techron to the tank after the fuel filter change

Havent had it hooked up to a machine yet, control module took care of check engine light. Will the machine pick up anything without the check engine light being on.
