Default maybe the ignition module?

my '98 ranger 2.5 has a hard miss, like a dropped cyl. it's not a steady miss, only if you rev it up then let it come to idle the engine will stumble and sometimes stall. I've replaced all 8 plugs and wires, idle air controll valve, and checked the mass air flow meter and don't have the money to keep putting parts in it , i need a way to help figure out whats going on. HELP!

If you got a meter you can test the plug on the ignition module

I do have a digital multimeter, what would I be looking for when checking the ign. mod. plug?
