Exclamation Engine Not Starting

My truck decided to take a dump on the road today. I got it home and my dad and I checked to make sure there was gas and spark. Took a spark out and tried to start it, there was flame. Checked the gas shrader valve, and there was gas. It turns over but won't start. Put the code reader on and it gave me 157, 172, 211, 452, and 122. Any ideas on how to get it running?

I don't have the codes for a '94 but have you ever changed the timing belt? Have you checked the timing?

157 mass air flow (maf) sensor below minimum voltage
172 system indicates lean bank #1
211 profile ignition pick-up circuit failure
452 no input from vehicle speed sensor
122 throttle position sensor below minimum voltage

P0157 is the bank 2 #2 oxygen sensor fault Either the sensor is hosed or the wiring to it is broken. However, could be misreading due to running the engine without a spark plug and dumping gas out the exhaust. I bet this goes away once it burns off.

P0172 is bank 1 too rich. This is probably because you pulled a spark plug out and it was dumping gas out the exhaust. I bet this goes away once it burns off.

P0211 is fuel injector #11 fault. I don't know wtf to make of injector #11 since its not like we have a V12 engine. Someone wanna enlighten us on that one?

P0452 is Fuel evap system low input. Gas cap is loose? Or the evap system has a fault.

P0122 is a throttle position sensor fault for low voltage.

I dunno wtf you managed to do to this poor truck. The TPS is an easy replacement if it has failed. Two screws and a new one pops right on. Its right next to the throttle. That sensor alone would definitely cause the truck to die and things to not work properly. It is pretty cheap. So I would do that, clear the codes, and see if everything else starts working properly. It is kind of a critical link.

I am wondering if this is an ECU problem or failure. If these sensors are all showing too low voltage, then it seems possible that the 5V v_ref signal to the sensors, or the sig_rtn to the ECU is the problem. If the TPS or MAF or an injector were bad on their own it should cause the truck to run poorly prior to the other issues popping up. Perhaps their simultaneous codes mean those sensors aren't getting their source voltage or sending their return signal, and the ECU, if it is even functioning, would have no way of adjusting timing or injector pulse to what is required to run.

A TPS is a lot cheaper than a PCM to start with.

Thanks guys for clarifying what the codes mean. I will jump on those as soon as my timing belt gets replaced. The klunk i heard before the truck died was the timing belt snapping. We checked to see if it moved when starting and saw nothing so we took off the cover and whalahh. IT's the timing belt. However it's a long process and I'm sure we come into a few more problems fixing it. It's an old truck. Had a loose wire under the fuse box 2 weeks ago causing the truck not to stay charged. The mechanic shrink wrapped it and put it back on. Don't know if that fixed the problem but it works for now.
