Exclamation Pic request - 2.3L intake mani and throttle body

Hello. I have a 2007 ford ranger base model with the 2.3L engine. I am looking for some good pictures of the side of the IM where the TB bolts to, and the side of the TB that bolts to the IM. I was looking at getting a new gasket for between the two and am not sure how the two fit together. I was hoping to get some pictures before hand so i had a better understanding of how everything fits before i take it all apart.

Thanks a lot.

Cant you take your own pictures since you have the engine right there

Basically remove what I have marked in RED X's then once it is removed you will just remove the 4 bolts that are hold it on

It's a long story, but the car is more than halfway across the state from me. I'm looking at getting everything rounded up for it before the truck makes it's way back down here. I just want to verify how everything goes together. The parts picture at ford isn't big enough or detailed enough to tell how the gasket fits into the picture

these type of things only go back together one way...

Gasket is located between the intake plenum and the throttle body. IDK about those 2.3L engines, but my throttle body and intake have grooves for o-rings to make the seal. so no actual gasket.

I know they're simple to take apart and put back together. I'm looking to get a TB spacer (i know, i know, pointless on a 2.3) made before the truck gets back down here. I'm trying to see how they go together so i can get a better idea of how it needs to be made. I won't have the truck for a while, I'm just trying to decide if it's going to be easy enough to make.

I'll even buy the TB if someone has one for sale cheap.

So I was bored and took mine apart Okay bare with me. This is a 89 ranger 2.9L but they are virtually the same except this has a gasket and the newer ones have o-rings

Here you will see the 2 on top and have to fell for the ones on bottom

May be some hose connected on the bottom you will need to loosen up

Thank you very much for the pictures!

However, i am needing to see how the o ring fits into the newer models. That is the part that i need to see, to determine what i need to do to plan around it.
