Default Shifting points

Good day to all,

I got my new 2010 Ford ranger 2.5L XLT MT... what is/are the shifting point(s) that offers best performance while driving at the same time fuel efficient and economic as well....tnx a lot

I have an automatic but back when I drove a stick I would change around 15 mph (24 kph), 25 mph (40 kph), 35 mph (56 kph) and 45 mph (72 kph). Granted I haven't owned a straight drive in years so this is from memory.
2010 Silver Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L 2WD StyleSide Reg Cab Auto, Open 7.5" - 4.10 diff.
TruxEdo tonneua cover, rubber bed mat, Ranger all weather floor mats.
