Default clutch problem

My wife used the truck and parked it in front of the house. I went to move it and when i tried to step on the clutch the pedal wouldn't move at all. Also even with the trans in gear the truck will roll as if it was in gear with the clutch depressed. It is a '96 XLT with 5 speed. What could be hanging up keeping the pedal from moving as well as the actual clutch acting as if it was depressed. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

Maybe a bolt snapped or maybe the fluid? I'm not great with this stuff but it's just a thought.
