Default Timming belt help.

Ok guys so i have a question on the timming belt on my ranger.

My Truck...

my truck used to run fine and everything was good the timming belt hasnt been changed or anything by me. but it was driving fine untill one day wouldnt turn on. or would stall at idle or when taking off from a stop. it would also misfire. a few weeks back it wouldnt even turn on or stay on. ive changed a bunch of parts to it

fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, spark plug spark plug wires, ignition coils, icm, changed the tps, cleaned the iac, cleaned the maf sensor, cleaned the throttle body, and cleaned the egr valve.

this is how it run now.

(speedometer is showing +5mph than actual speed)

i need help.
was thinking on changing the iac because its too old and the egr as well... could lt be the crankshaft position sensor? help please.
