Problem with guages on 2.3 - Page 2

hey i tired removing the cluster is there a trick, i removed the brownish screws and it wiggles but does not come out, its like i have to pull the whole dash or something any info would be great thanks

Check the wire at the speedometer cable.

The first time is a pain. You can get some slack after you release the wire harness(es)
I dropped my steering column to get more room to go behind over ther top.
After getting the speedometer to release, I yanked on the speedo cable to give it more slack forward, and now there is plenty.
