Default 95 2.3 8 plug acting up

Firs & foremost thank you one & all for looking at this post. My 95 Ranger (8 plug 4 cyl /5 speed 345k miles) has been a workhorse for me for over 9 years, with only minor, oddball quirks....until now.

It's been acting up on me as of late. It's biggest issue now is the fact that it keeps stalling out, and not wanting to fire up, I've replaced the filter (Both air & fuel), and the coil packs, plugs, & wires. IT still stalling out on me, every now & again, with wait times ranging from 5 mins to 1/2 hour. Any help can & will be appreciated!

Also any freaking clue as to why my speedometer ain't working right? Changed the speed sensor 2x now, with the only success being when I turn on the heater to the upper vents on high & close the vents off, then it's sporatic.( Also not too fun in the summertime!)

Mini Tanks, Ya'll!

Have you tried hooking a scan tool up? I would try that first, and see if you got any codes

the only things that the scan found were O2 sensor bank 1 and evap issues. The motor has been running fine these past 6 months, but occasionally it'll stall out. Thinking it's the Crank position sensor..... What ya'll think?

sounds like a bad 02 sensor, since you have a code stored for it. The o2 sensor senses how rich or lean your engine is running and sends the info back to the ecm to determine how much fuel or air to add to the engine. It is possible you could have a small exhaust leak which is causing your issue from time to time.
