u wanna get me the tools to check it . i am not made out of money. i am doing the bast i can with what ive got. i am thankful for all the advise on whats wrong but dont try and make me look like im stupid when im really not.

I'm not trying to make you look like anything. You asked what could be wrong. We've been telling you what to look for and why. And you've made no response to any of it except the fuel filter. Would you prefer I just agree with everything you said even if what you're doing is wrong, because that wouldn't be helping you.

have you held your spark plug against the blocxk to see if its got spark?

then again if your pop starting it you have all that cause by what you say it then runs enough to drive

you gotta check the fuel psi for sure. can you hear your pump primde when you turn the key down?

on my 99 the valves were sunk into the had and it did the same thing.

Both ideas that should rule out the ignition system and the fuel system.
Post a pic of the spark plug as that could give some idea to what the excess or lack is.
