Angry Clutch issue? frustrating!

Ok, so i have a 97 ranger 4 cyl. manual. Since summer has come and its getting hot out i have noticed some problems with the clutch. When you first start driving the clutch works fine. after driving 10-15 miles the clutch starts acting up. It becomes almost impossible to push down, i am scared to push too hard and blow the master. Then if I pull over and pump on the pedal it will eventually push in again and i can go again until i need to shift. also, when the clutch is acting up, the pedal will shudder on the way up and clutch slowly starts to grab. I can let the clutch all the way out and not move, then after a few seconds it will start to engage. I am SOOO confused and frustrated. I dont have much money and i don't want to start guessing at what parts are bad. Or maybe dirt or air got in the liness? but from what ive read when there is air in the lines it has the opposite affect, where the clutch won't disengage. Mine won't engage. PLEASE HELP!!
