Default pcv valve location
i have a 2003 ford ranger 2.3 lt. 4 cylinder. i am unable to locate the pcv vavle. need help..thank you

I believe it is on the driver or passenger side valve cover back by the firewall.

I believe the changed it, but on my 97 its on the right side of the engine, when looking down from the top, about 7 or 8 inches from the top of the manifold. Just look straight down through the first and second headers and you should see it. Like I said, thats on the 97, it may have changed since then.

In my 2.5 it in-between the number one and two fuel injectors on the side of the engine.
