Default Cylinder 3 miss fire?

I have a 1999 ranger 2.5 I while I was driving the check engine light came on and I lost power and it starts shaking at around 50-55. I drove it to have the codes pulled came back as a cylinder 3 miss fire. I changed the plugs and wires still get same thing. I changed the coil packs and that did nothing. I checked vacuum lines they seemed to be ok. I changed the number 3 fuel injector still have same problem no power runs rough specially at 50-55 mph does not run hot has plenty of oil pressure. water and oil are clean not sure what to do next...... Please help

Well since its a 99 it has a distributor right? If it does it could be the distributor, my uncle had the same problem on a motorhome he had. So hope this helps.
