Unhappy Ranger wants to turn off when idling

I've been experiencing difficulty with my ranger. My check engine light came on and was checked at our nearest auto zone. I was given 4 different reasons. Either the front or back oxygen sensor is bad, fuel injector, or an engine issue. Which issue would be the most relevent. I am so frustrated considering I just had my clutch changed out that cost me an arm and a leg. I usually have to step on the gas a little to get the idle back up and to keep it from turning off. It hasn't turned off on me yet but it really feels like it is going to. I checked my manual and the only thing that made sense to me was "If the check engine light stays on, it could be a fuel issue". Can anyone give me any insight on this please.. I am planning on taking it into a shop but I am just so worried that I could just end up getting a mechanic that is just going to make things worst..I would like to know hopefully what it is so that the response from the mechanic will hopefully match.

Thanks in advance

If its wanting to die on you when idling that probably means the motor isnt getting enough gas, so might be something wrong with your fuel system

If it runs rough only at idle id pull the IAC valve and clean it, helped my truck a lot. It's on the back of the Throttle Body.

Clean the IAC, throttle body, maybe plugs, check your fuel sys.

Thanks to everyone!! I did all of the above the MAP sensor,IAC and the throttle body! It really helped but we also found a little elbow that was connected to the vacuum hose that had a large puncture in it. We also changed this piece out. It runs like a champ now! Thanks again!!
