15 psi is a lot to ask of stock fuel system, do you have an intercooler? Anything over 13 psi starts to produce a lot of heat quick.

15 Psi?
Holy Big Boost Batman!

Uhh DETONATION?

I'm assuming you've upgraded the fuel pump/ added a second+boost pump, AND have some kind of boost controller integrated to your fuel system to boost fuel accordingly with your boost level and prevent detonation and ya know blowing the intake manifold off the side of the block.

If you HAVE done the fuel system right: I'd say due to how much wear and tear your putting on that poor little block pull the head off and see if the fuel isn't "pouring" down the cylinder walls and running past the rings causing serious problems. (FEELS like not getting fuel, actually getting too much and will melt pistons in a heart beat)

i just picked this truck up from a guy who knew what he was talking about he let me know that when he got the truck him self it was already turboed alls he did was bagged it. i dont know much about turbos but i do kno about the motor its self. and yes it does have a inercooler and a wayste gate and a boost control no turbo timer. and this guy drove it every day so if he didnt upgrade the fuel system then he would of been burning threw pistons 4 years ago

Turborangerforums.com go there and join anything you want to know will be answered there no joke

there's alot that can cause that issue More info is need first off what motor is it? What kind of ecu are you using I'm running 18psi on my stock fuel pump and I have no fuel issues if anything I'm running rich but I think we are both having a similar issue with it spitting and popping. I'm leaning towards my ignition like coil, tfi or maybe tps If you want pm me your cell number and we can txt or chat it's easier and faster that way.

This is a video of my truck my fiancÚ took for me if you listen you can hear the sputtering/popping my truck is getting between 4-5k every time I floor it
