Default 2.3 liter performance

i have a 1994 ranger 2wd with 3.73 gears and i was just wondering if first off if i could put a turbo from the 2.3 liter mustangs on my truck. and if not what would you guys reccommend?

i have seen it done. dont know just what all it take to do but would guess its like a wiring harness and some other thing like computer changes and stuff

check out turborangerforums.com
Those guys build up sweet 2.3t motors for rangers.
Basically, they put in the forged internals, and bolt up all the turbo stuff and retune your computer.
