Default bucking like crazy

hi first time to this forum. ive got a 1986 ranger with a 2.3 fuel injected 5 speed manuel tranny. 130000 miles. this things runs great on acceleration through all five gears. my problem is when i decelerate the truck starts bucking moderatly i guess you could call it. mostly i run on country roads back and forth to work so 80% of the time its fine. however when i slow to go thgrough a small town and try to hold the speed to around thirty mph or so it shakes like its not gettin any fuel. s soon as i give it some gas it stops. anytime i downshift it does the same thing. new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. replaced both fuel pumps. any thoughts would be appreciated

have someone teach you the proper way to shift and you shouldnt be in fourth or fifth gear at 30 third gear always works best for me at 30 mph

it could be the ignition coil try spraying some wd 40 around the coil this will drive out any moisture
