Another update...It is an industrial head. F5JL-6033-BA The head has the indentations where the extra plugs should go. Does anyone know if this can work as a replacement engine? Can I drill and tap the head for the extra plugs? Use my head? Anything? Can I flash my ECU to work with 4 plugs? I really don't want to get a new truck right now. Thanks for any help.
