Default Re: heater question

Hey guys My truck started over heating after like driving for hour or so so I was going in to change the thermostat and my truck didn't even have one in it. So i put one in it and now my truck runs hotter, and my heat not working right, when i start driving
I get good heat then it starts coming in and out when im on the gas or at high rpms. Any help thanks.

Edit: And my truck takes longer to warm up but i think thats my carburetor
