Default 2003 2.3 Engine Miss Any Ideas????

I have a 2.3 that keeps missing and I can not figure it out, I have put on a new coil pack, plugs and wires, it did improve with the coil pack but is still missing mostly when you step on the gas, It first had a flashing check engine light when I changed the coil pack. I did buy an after market coil pack. Any help would be appericated. Thanks
