Default trying to get more MPG OUT OF 4 CYL 2010

i KNOW i know it is 4 cyl MPG IS GOD AS IT IS. WILL 16 OR 17 INCH aftermarket WHEELS with low profiles tires improve MPG? I DO LOTS OF FREEWAY DRIVING BETWEEN SAN DIEGO AND IMPERIAL VALLEY...
2010 Ranger XL Reg. Cab 4 cyl... 5 speed manual... W/reverse.

Mods: 5% tint on rear window, JVC KDHDR40 Headunit, Kicker KS-68 speakers, Kicker TCVT102 (10TCVT102) Sub, JVC DRVN KSAX3102 Amp, JVC DRVN KSAX3101D mono amp, Ford black rubber mat, White LED license plate lights. Added 6000k HID Fogs, 6000k Digital HID Heads.

This isn't gramhar skool so dont cry and whine about spelling.

if the wheels are lighter than OEM that will help, and just make sure the tires are properly inflated. Not sure how the lower profile would help, I would say as long as overall it weighs less that will get your best extra. But it would take awhile for your savings on gas to match the new wheels and tires.

Could go with alloy (lighter) wheels if you have the steel ones. Also, I run 215 or 205-75-15s. Slightly larger diameter, great for highway miles, slightly narrower width so provides less wind resistance, lower probability for hydroplaning, cuts into and thru snow easier. My experience, anyway.
