Default Crankshaft timing gear set?

hows it going, I really need some information on the availible crankshaft timing gear set.

I have a mazda3 with the duratec 23, it is currently under going a full rebuild, forged internals etc....@ 350whp build with FI power adder involved, I' am not certain how all of the duratec varitions timing gear set are, mazda is un keyed and held in place by friction based stretch of the pulley bolt, that is all good at stock output of 158 crank horsepower but as you may agree with me when you talking about 100% power increase the potentail for valves and piston colliding due to this timming gear slipping isn't something I would like to risk.

Are there any sprocket sets that ford made that were keyed, Cosworth makes them apparently in limited batches but if one already exsist made by fomoco it would fit the bill, my build is suspended until I come up with a source, my machinist told me he is unable to machine the sprocket due to is hardness.

I know very much so off the wall but I appreciate any insight!

No sir, not cam but rather timing gear is the keyed version that Cosworth unfortunately only does limited production runs of and the unkeyed version (OEM)

Thanks, I had to ask, that won't work with my cams, I have vvt and this would involve a whole lot of time and money, I was just checking to see if you Ranger guys knew of a fomco sprocket that was already keyed. thanks for the input.
