I have a 1990 Ranger with a 2.3L. 80,000 miles.This is the one with the 8 plugs and 2 coil packs. It will crank, but will not fire. I was driving at about 40mph and it just shut off.

Things I have done so for:
Tested both coil packs and they are good, module is good, getting spark to the passenger side plugs, getting fuel, and reset timing. I am now lost and dont know where to turn. Hope someone can help.

Check your timing belt... It may have broke

How did you verify that you're getting fuel? Did you check for fire by using a spare sparkplug on all the wires?
