Ok...I redo it all over again......lol. Wonder if fuel injector cleaner and stuff works...probably a waste of $

Well, the way you've been running the tank empty, you are now due for a fuel filter. Then run some Chevron cleaner though it.

I didn't even see a fuel filter on my truck...unless it was in a tight place and was black. If that was it...HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO GET IT OUT WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE OFF THE SKID PLATE,ETC?

Filter is located on the frame rail under the driver seat. Crawl under the truck and its clear as day

Edit. Just realized you have an older truck so this may be different.
