If I got some fuel injectors off a turbo coupe or an svo mustang would it make me go faster? I mean i'm at the end of my rope trying to make this thing go faster without breaking my balls, i don't have much money either.

Trade it in for a mustang

Simply pouring more fuel into an engine doesn't make it go faster or produce more power. In fact, it will have the opposite effect and just pour out the tailpipe as black smoke from incomplete combustion. Increasing power requires increasing fuel, air, exhaust, adjusting the timing, potentially a more powerful ignition system, and retuning the computer/chip to actually use those changes.

And the answer to the inevitable next question... No, you can not just use higher octane fuel because that isn't how octane works. And no, there is nothing you can just pour in your gas tank to make it go faster or produce more power. Any bottle that claims such is a marketing lie.

And the inevitable following question, no there is nothing you can just bolt on to make more power. Air filters and intakes don't actually do jack. A muffler will not make you go faster. Re-wiring your MAF with an eBay "kit" will not help. The tornado doesn't do anything. Magnets on your your fuel line don't do anything. etc etc etc.

Yes, I'm the bearer of bad news. Unfortunately the reality that many don't want to admit is that power is not cheap or simple on ANY engine. It's even more difficult on an already very small engine.

A Lima 2.3 will require cash to make it go and since you have none........just ride it out until you can buy something faster.
Minimum you might want to try is a custom chip but these chips tend to help the most at very high rpm and with a 14 year old engine with upwards of 200,000 miles that would be a bad idea. Tail light, headlight and window sticker mods don't work either....LOL.

I think i'm just gong to scrounge up turbo parts from ebay and craigslist to hopefully be able to put a t3/T4 with 2.3T stock internals.

U listed red muffler tip as a mod, that my friend is hysterical, if u have access to a S. V.O. Although I almost consider this a crime, being a Mustang fan n all, yank the whole engine bay n drop it in there, after a rebuild of course, along w/ it's tranny, rear dif n it's "brain" btw the newer the S.V.O. The better (obviously) then it'll b plenty fast, unless u plan to do any hauling then scratch that idea

That is not a good idea at all. Anytime you go to turbocharge or supercharge something you'll need alot of forged internals and specialty parts. You just can't bolt on a turbo or supercharger and get away with it. You'll need to rebuild the engine with a lower compression ratio, the ignition timing has to be retarded so many degrees for so many pounds of boost, you'll also need forged internals, a higher volume fuel pump so it doesn't run lean, etc. and etc. You also have to ask yourself is it worth it.

technically, that isnt totally true. Yes, you would need to in order to gain full benifits of adding a supercharger or turbo but that doesnt mean you cant add one and run like 4-5 psi.
