Could be junk. Ceramic pads aren't OEM for your Ranger. I know a guy with a new full size GM truck...squealing brakes (ceramic pads) he had 3 mths from new. No mention of the company that makes these rotors and pads. You get what you pay for. Lots of cheap stuff is garbage, sometimes not. No name cheap brake parts....brand name quality parts are not that much more considering you can be fairly confident of the parts performing well.

They might not look like junk on your computer, but what if you spend that money and got a POS?

I say save your money and buy brand name parts. I wouldn't hesitate buying quality over cheap.

I use Wagner ThermoQuiet pads and rotors. They are about 50-60 bucks for pads and about 45-50 for a rotor. LIFETIME WARRANTY on both. At O'reilly's (and other autoparts stores I've heard) you bring in your old pads and as long as they are not down to the bare metal they give you a new set. Well I've had mine on for 3 1/2 years and they aren't even halfway used. So far no squeals. Oh yeah check for rebates they have them all the time on these.
