I have been having problems of my truck hesitating going up hills and idling a little rough and lack of power like it is bogging down.I check my coil packs which it has two of them 4 cyl 2.3L and notice that the back coil pack has cracks in the plastic cover.It has 4 cracks on it and here are a pic of three of them and the fourth one is bigger than these.Would this be the problem?

idk if that would be the problem but my truck started to bog down like that and i just cut the muffler off and it fixed almost everything except for the rough idle. then i tuned it up. the basic tunup oil plugs wires filters. but it didnt stop the rough idle. check the bolts that hold the manifold to the pipe. one of mine was gone and it was only half on so it made it loud and it bogged it down. not enough back pressure

Well I don't think the cracks are helping any....you could get new coils, plugs and wires and prob see a world of difference, don't forget the fuel filter though.
