How about shaving weight from the truck. Anyone done this?

A couple of things I can think of is remove the spare tire & jack for a 35lb weight savings.

Replace the rear bumper with a roll pan for a weight savings of 50lbs??

I'm sure you could go with light weight race seats but not sure how practical that would be for a daily driver.

Replace steel wheels with light weight aluminum ones.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Are there any fiberglass hoods & or fenders for our trucks? I don't know what the hood weighs but it isn't light.

Fiberglass doors??

i think they make grafite or some thing like that or fiber lite types but the fiber lite is just as heavy and you can get fiberglass front clip

and russs like the black looks good!

and if i lost 50 lbs 300 plus lbs isn't high when you have 18% body fat as i do and most every one else has 40% plus
