Default Oil Pan gasket

I have a 1997 Ranger with a 2.3L 4 cyliner, manual tranny. How involved is changing the oil pan gasket? I have a couple of leaks that I'm ready to tackle.

I think you have to jack the engine up some to change the gasket. Try tightening the bolts and nuts first and see if that fixes the problem. It worked on my CR-V...
