I have a 1996 with a 2.3 a 5 spd and its got a 130,000 miles on it.I have replace the plugs,wires, timing belt, fuel regulator, maf, IPC and cleaned all sorts of things including the cat. The trucks runs rough when you start it up and then smooth out and runs ok. When your driving wants to hesiate when you start out runs ok little weak on power.You can also smell that it running rich, So my ? is before look at the fuel pump. Would taking out injectors out and cleaning them and put new filters and o-rings in help or this a waste of time?
