I plugged the vacuum line and did notice a huge reduction in the amount of times it's revvs up that high. However, my tools seemed to have walked off so I'm going to stop being a "mechanic" because of such. I'm getting sick of having to find my tools over and over.

I used a paint program. I took that picture a long time ago so it was probably paint.net
