Default 2.3L 5 Speed lack of power

Ok i have a 94 ranger 2.3L 5 Speed.

I just got it and it has 181,000 miles. Runs good starts good good truck overall. has lift with 31's puttin that out there. I take off and seems like it has like a little put i guess u can call it ill get on it hard and u can feel it like trying to pull back very little. I dont know if this could be the cat is plugged up and not leting the airflow properly cause this to happen. Has good power but not what it should it shouldnt be sluggish. Any ideas onw hat i should do. i was thinking tune up, clean egr, air flow, and new Cat. just where should i start.

try unplugin one sensor at a time. start with the MAFS listen for change if nothing happens it might be bad. junk yard pull it your self $15 Find the throttle position sensore unplug and listen ect. [map sen/ Mass flow/ throttle position sensore. are commonly bad. Is your check engine light on? If so rent a comp scanner at autozone or o'rilley auto for free, $200 deposite, very easy to use.
