Default Squeaky
My 1994 ranger the serp belt squeaks everytime I start it what do ya think the belt is brand new I also noticed that when the is wet it doesn't squeak

my 95 did that after i put on a new belt......it will go away after the belt streches a lil..its actually the belt tensioner thats squeaking...but like i said should go away after a lil wear an tear.

Mine has been doing it for more than a week only on start up although it didn't do it today

yeah.. mine took a few weeks to quit all together.....but just keep a eye and ear on it...may not to say that the new belt is causing your tensioner to go bad either..
