Default turbo ?

can anyone tell me what mods you have to make to turbo the 2.3? i would like to keep the motor i have.all of the ones i've looked at from the turbo coupes have been junk.thanks.

Forged rods crank and better pistons would be key

You can run a turbo on a stock 2.3 but will not be able to run much boost from it

how much boost in the stock motor?and how much in one with a bullet proof lower end?thanks.

Im thinking no more than 6 on a stock 2.3 may be a tad high but not much higher

I have seen on ebay forged 2.3 rods cranks before

well i found a large journal crank,the rods,and pistons.i'm not sure if i need the piston.i'm not planning on puttin' a bunch of wind in it.there 400.00 bucks so are the rods.the cranks only 220.00.

I wouldn't skip on the pistons if your gonna do the rods and crank may as well spend the cash for pistons also

Im not sure they even offer a better aftermarket head.
