Default 1992 ranger 4 cylinder CICM

1992 ranger 4 cylinder needs new computer ignition control module (CICM) as advised by a computer diagnosis. I searched everywhere online I know of even Helm inc for an owners manual and only available upto 1986 with out haveing to pay for older ones. Does anyone have a 1992 ranger pickup manual or tell me where to find the CICM in the truck and how to repalce it after finding a possible one from the salvage yard. A new OEM CICM cost $358.13 that I don't have.
