Default Timing Belt, plugs wires changed now shaking

Replaced timing belt, plugs, wires and now when I shift down to a low gear the front end shakes. It idles smooth and runs good but when coming to a stop it shakes. What could be the problem? All help is very much appreciated. Also AC was set aside while doing the work without disconnecting the tubing. It does not blow cold air now. Thanks!!!
