Default How to remove throttle body cable?

I looked at other threads on this, and even the How to on throttle body cleaning, but no luck. My 2011 Ranger has some sort of barrel-plunger connector for the throttle cable, and I can't figure out how to disconnect it.

There are 2 cables, of course they couldn't disconnect the same way - I got the black one off pretty easily, but no clue what to do with this red thing?

Any help greatly appreciated!

I figured them out. The black cable just snaps off.

The red one was trickier, but the plastic thing, whatever it does, is a red herring. The connection is ball and socket, with the ball being right on the throttle body. Just put a screw driver where the arrow is and gently pry it off.
