It looks like WPT-807 is the right connector for the Ford Ranger 2.3L just by visual. There is another connector that looks identical to it also. Both are listed in the PDF index as "Sensor Catalyst Monitor" which is an O2 sensor I believe.

one here at this site going for $15.80 (plus shipping I guess)
Just as well to buy the whole pigtail rather than rebuild the old one. By the time I figure out the right kind of terminal (by name) and the right sizes and have them shipped I could have the pigtail in hand.
I don't plan on pulling the bed off to replace the spade connectors I put on unless I start having a problem with that connection. But who know what'll happen down the road. Often times I post details of my Ranger issues here on The Ford Ranger Forum as a reference for the future. If I do need that connector down the road all I gotta do is pull up my old posts here for the info I need.
